01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing xh555 at https://xh555.pro, registering a player account, making a PKR deposit or participating in any game or betting market on the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all players regardless of the device or browser used to access the xh555 platform. 03 Account Registration & Security

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. xh555 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any point — particularly prior to processing a withdrawal. Account information, including your registered name and date of birth, cannot be changed after initial verification. If you believe an error was made during registration, contact support with supporting documents to request a correction review.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on xh555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion on the platform — the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your balance, and the amount you withdraw is what arrives in your designated PKR account. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, bank cards and mobile wallets.

The minimum deposit on xh555 is PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts. Deposits are typically credited to your xh555 balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. In rare cases of payment network delays, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours, while bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

• You may only withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a PKR 500 bonus, you must wager a total of PKR 10,000 in eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

06 Gameplay Rules

For cricket betting during PSL fixtures and international T20 matches, live in-play markets are available throughout the match. In-play odds update in real time based on match conditions. xh555 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during a match — for example, during rain delays, power outages or other interruptions to play.

• All bets are void if the match or event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on any market, xh555 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and refund the stake to the player's balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. Limits may differ by sport, league or event and are displayed on the bet slip.
• Winning bets are settled and credited to the player balance as soon as the relevant result is officially confirmed. Settlement times may vary for markets that require full match completion.
• Betting on xh555 is strictly for personal entertainment. Any evidence of match fixing, insider information or coordinated betting to manipulate outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all related winnings.

08 VIP Programme

The xh555 VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity on the platform across eligible games and betting markets. The specific thresholds for each tier are published on the VIP page and may be updated by xh555 periodically.

• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, or processing payments on behalf of another person.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets or perform any platform action.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or coordinating betting activity to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotions.
